With attacks occurring on big business more and more, TalkTalk have announced that they have lost 101k customers in the last quarter, the majority down to the November cyber attack.

Trust may be hard for any organisation to recover from if it’s seen to have lost any data, but the impact to business when customers leave in the masses is sure to dent the pride of any organisation.

Let’s just hope that all the big telecommunications companies here in the UK have a wake up from this incident and security is put high on the agenda.
