BBC 2 have released a clip of the upcoming episode of Phone Shop Idol featuring Roland Ratvai. During the second episode, the Sales Associate from Three visits a drama therapist which helps Roland to relax when speaking to customers and to not come across so fast paced when talking to customers and the dreaded mystery shopper.
