Tesco Mobile are to offer a discount to its pay monthly customers of £3 per month for taking advantage of a ad app.
The move comes as O2 recently announced to block ads on its network which owns 50% of the MVNO network.
In exchange for customers downloading an Android based app, customers of Tesco Mobile will be able to take advantage of a monthly discount on their bills. What is unknown yet is how the ads will appear, spamming the phone or simply popping up in the notification window.
