Customers of Three have received an apology after a network outage led to text and calls failing.
The issue on Saturday 22nd April meant some users experienced no calls or texts ability. A statement on the network website said,
“We have been working through the night to fix a network issue which was affecting customers sending and receiving text and making calls. All services are now restored but some customers may need to restart their phones if they are still experiencing any issues.”
Some customers and non-customers on Twitter also reported receiving a message from an unknown sender. The advise from Three is to “ignore all text messages that you deem incorrect”.
